Did someone say bagpipes? Sorry I can't hear you!
A big thank you to everyone that braved the atmospheric river and joined The Afternoon Zone at The Old Farm Market in Oak Bay to raise funds for The Courtnall Society, helping support resources for mental health and suicide prevention.
The Zone Ranger spent Saturday at The Bay Street Armoury at the Bay Street Music Project. It was a great collection of musicians and activities for all ages and included performances from the Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Band of the 5th Field Regiment Royal Canadian Artillery, the Chief and Petty Officers Band, organist Steve Benson and three pipe bands!

This weekend The Ranger will be checking out the U18C2 Krispy Kreme donut sale fundraising blitz at 3 locations around town including:
- Liquor Planet 11-6pm
- Save on Foods Tillicum 10-4pm
- Langford Canadian Tire 10-4pm
